Take that One Minute between cell phone signals and do it. Take that One Minute walking up the stairs before and after Work and do it. Take that One Minute on the john and do it. Take that One Minute waiting for your Venti Moca Latte and do it. Take that One Minute space between the rest of your busy life, but JUST DO IT!
If you're Christian, do it for Jesus. If you're Jewish, do it for YHVH. If you're Muslim, do it for Allah. If you're Buddhist, do it for the Nothingness, but JUST DO IT!
Do it to better yourself. Do it to better your Self. Do it to better the World. Do it when the World just seems to have way too much bad press and even ONE MINUTE of good vibes seems to set at least your own world right. God, what a concept, that One Minute a Day takes all the Bad Away! Just happens to be stone that starts the ripple within you that cascades outward, touching every thing you see and everyone you touch.
Do it when you pass the homeless and see what chain reaction lights up their life. Jesus, what does it cost you? Forget the spare change, you don't even need it. Just spend One Freaking Minute! JUST DO IT AND SEE WHAT THIS MAN IS TALKING ABOUT!
Do it when you hate your ex. Do it when you hate the driver who cut you off. Do it while you can, starting a simple, quick habit long before your life tumbles out of control. But definitely do it then, too. Definitely!
Read what this man says, but more importantly, DO WHAT THIS MAN SAYS! At least for One Minute.
In one minute you can give away all your pain and replace it with joy. What a simple choice, a simple way, that transcends religion and delivers a One Minute Miracle to anyone who has the time. Really.
We need 108 million people doing this every day, everywhere. Perhaps our world press will change. It certainly can't get any worse.
Got a Minute, Get a Miracle, each and every time but you will never know that until you JUST DO IT!
